      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with various business leads
      - Perform research to understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and services
      - Collaborate with Business Verification and Credit Underwriting teams to validate new business customers
      - Follow lead management processes in Salesforce to ensure customer qualification and prevent fraud
      - Provide ongoing customer support for billing, device, or service issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Less than 2 years of experience in an outbound commissioned environment
      - Less than 2 years of experience in business customer service, sales, or retention
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
      - Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Experience with online meeting platforms such as WebEx and Google applications
