What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to gather and document business and functional requirements related to Salesforce
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements and platform configurations
- Lead the refinement and grooming of user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and align on project priorities
- Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, process flows, and business rules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with hands-on experience in Salesforce
- Proven ability to gather Salesforce-related business requirements and translate them into technical documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with Agile teams, including participation in grooming and sprint planning
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional enterprise tools such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday
- Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, or light SQL for data validation
- Background in SaaS, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or IIBA CBAP
