What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead product development from inception to release, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain core applications
- Write and maintain high-quality, readable, and well-tested code following best practices
- Act as a rotating scrum master to facilitate agile processes and team productivity
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and product performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of product development experience
- Proven experience designing and building scalable consumer-facing web applications
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Ember.js, React, Angular, or similar)
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services and responsive web design
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in an agile development environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with front-end testing and test-driven development
- Strong knowledge of web security and performance best practices
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles
- Ability to advocate for and implement process improvements within the team
