      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, develop, and plan engagements
      - Conduct root cause analysis of vulnerabilities and provide findings to customers
      - Improve team tradecraft, techniques, and tooling
      - Analyze threat and vulnerability reports and provide technical analysis
      - Develop scenarios and artifacts for simulated testing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or related field
      - 10+ years of Cyber Security experience
      - 5-7 years of offensive-focused experience (Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, etc.)
      - Hands-on keyboard experience during multiple Red Team engagements
      - Advanced understanding of Red Teaming Methodology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hold the OSCP certification or equivalent experience
      - Experience with common Penetration testing and Red Team Tools
      - Development experience in a programming language
      - Knowledge of cloud technologies, reverse engineering, web application technologies, and social engineering
      - Familiarity with Active Directory and authentication-type technologies
