What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide guidance on export compliance with ITAR, EAR, DoD, OFAC, and other import/export laws
- Develop compliance manual and standard work for ITAR business unit
- Create internal controls and audit processes for compliance
- Prepare various export applications and support documentation
- Determine jurisdiction and classification of products and technical data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of experience with ITAR regulations in the technology or electronics industry
- Experience with drafting, reviewing, and filing export applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong cross-functional and collaborative skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be located in PST or MST time zones
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a technology or electronics industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
