The Compliance / GECS plan within AH worldwide, in coordination with the Airbus Group (AG) Export Control compliance program organization, the various AH Functions (Support & Services, Procurement, Engineering, …) and the AH Subs and Affiliates Export Control support team
The definition and follow up of the budget for export control activities for AH
Drumbeating and following up the transverse projects and initiatives in coordination with the involved functions

Policies & Procedures – you will check the quality and support the implementation (and the update as per needed) of Business processes to meet the Export Control requirements across the Business
Technology – you will bring the Export Control contribution to the definition and the specification of the tools, support the development and the deployment of necessary new / upgrade information systems enabling compliance to the Export Control applicable rules.
For any Company structuring tool, you will take part in the definition of the solution to ensure that it meets the Export Control constraints, and its deployment for any Export Control related stakeholder.Data – you will support all plans and actions to ensure compliance with regards to data (segregation, access control,…)
Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in export Control
Expertise in various Export Control regulations
Positive experience on medium / complex projects lead
Partner & external service providers management
Negotiation with internal customers
Documentation Production, Service Level Management, Change Support
Good team spirit and Customer orientation
Good English level
Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Program Manager (f/m) to join our Export Control Program team based in Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team developing the Airbus Helicopters (AH) Export Control Compliance Program, which is now in a new phase, the GECS phase (GECS stands for General Export Control System).
As part of the Export Control Program team , you will be supporting program activities, including:
You will take the responsibility for the definition, and coordinate the deployment, of the solutions dedicated to the management of Export Control, within applicable constraints from business & operational environment, time, scope, cost and quality.

Your challenges:
Thanks to a robust previous Export Control experience, you will support and enrich the Export Control Program/ GECS in all its dimensions, while ensuring that AH Functions are fully on-boarded:
With regards to Subsidiaries, you will coordinate with the dedicated AH Subsidiaries and Affiliates Export Control support team so that the solutions of the Export Control Compliance Plan / GECS Program are cascaded worldwide, while taking into account local specific situations.
Your mission also encompasses any specific action plan set-up to accelerate AH Export Control compliance, and PMO tasks as necessary.
