      The Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) is an independent statutory body set up under the Health Care Complaints Act 1993. The Commission has a unique role and plays a central part in maintaining the integrity of the NSW health system, with the overarching consideration of protecting the health and safety of individuals and the community.

      Expressions of interest (EOI) are being sought to temporarily fill the role Senior People and Culture Advisor (9/10) for a period of 3 months commencing April 2025.

      About the role
      The Senior P&C Advisor contributes to the development and implementation of a range of human resource solutions, delivers operational human resource services, and provides timely, high level and diverse support and advice to managers and staff to meet the Commission’s objective to build a capable and motivated workforce.

      About you
      The role requires the occupant to be passionate about delivering people focused service to the Commission, and have knowledge of the NSW Government environment and HR best practice.
