Casual hours commencing Semester 2 , 2024
Face to Face teaching and marking activities.
Based at the Melbourne CBD campus but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University or online.
Entrepreneurship
International Business and /or International Business with digitisation expertise
E-commerce within the digital era
Innovation , Ent repreneurship and Strategy
Management and Organisations
Digital transformation and Leadership
Employment Relations
Human Resource Management and People Analytics
Teaching and/or recent working experience in the area(s) as mentioned above is essential. Industry experience will be advantageous .
Experience in and evidence of teaching excellence in Higher Education at an undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. This includes expertise in online deliveries and the use of teaching technology
Demonstrated the capacity to work effectively and negotiate sensitively with students from diverse backgrounds .
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills appropriate for interacting with a diverse student body, the course team, staff and industry with a commitment to collegiality and teamwork.
Undertaken or currently enrolled in a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education will be highly regarded
Have a track-record of teaching excellence
Are passionate about education and improving the student experience
Love working in a team but also work well independently and proactively
Possess a relevant postgraduate qualification ( Masters level for teaching undergraduate courses; PhD for teaching post-graduate courses
A valid Employee Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Are available to teach face-to-face in our City campus
