      AVAILABLE POSITIONS

      The West Orange Public Schools will offer an extended summer program for
      students with disabilities who have extended year as part of their IEP.

      All applicants must be available to work the entire program. If you are aware of any dates you are unable to work, please include that information in your application.
      Dates of Program: Monday, June 24, 2024 through Friday, July 26, 2024 Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
      Location : Betty Maddalena Early Learning Center – Pre-K
      Kelly Elementary School - PreK - Grade 5
      Liberty Middle School – Grades 6 -12

      *No session Thursday, July 4, 2024 and Friday, July 5, 2024
      Instructional Staff
      Special Education Teachers Occupational Therapists
      Paraprofessionals Speech and Language Specialist
      Certificated Staff: $57.13 per hour Paraprofessionals: $26.82 per hour

      Requirement for Resignation: Upon Board approval as an Extended School Year staff member, any resignation must be submitted via hard copy letter to Constance Salimbeno, Acting Executive Director of Special Services, at least three (3) weeks prior to the start of the Extended School Year Program
