      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the establishment and onboarding of new agricultural education programs and FFA chapters
      - Provide ongoing support to new teachers and develop resources for new chapters
      - Coordinate logistics for state and district level programs and events
      - Identify opportunities for growth in urban agricultural education programs
      - Promote and adapt agricultural education to be relevant and inclusive for diverse communities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, education, or a similar field
      - 2-4 years of teaching experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong knowledge of agricultural education and FFA programs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in education, agricultural education, or a similar field
      - Experience advising an FFA Chapter
      - Agriculture teaching experience at the middle or high school level
      - Familiarity with supervised agricultural experiences
      - Experience working with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
