- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding
- Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment and tools
- Install and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring proper water management
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed, following safety guidelines and local regulations
- Implement landscape designs and perform basic hardscaping tasks
- Conduct seasonal clean-ups and prepare landscapes for different weather conditions
- Identify and address plant health issues, recommending appropriate treatments
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience in commercial landscaping or related field
- Proficiency in operating various landscaping equipment and tools
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, care, and maintenance techniques
- Understanding of irrigation systems and basic construction principles
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on quality results
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Pesticide application certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and commercial landscaping techniques
Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of commercial properties through various landscaping and grounds maintenance activities.
