What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as main point of contact for CDMO(s), building and maintaining strategic relationships
- Drive execution of Drug Product production plans, ensuring compliance with Vertex requirements
- Maintain on-site presence as Person-in-Plant (PiP) at CDMO facility
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to resolve supply issues and increase productivity
- Monitor CDMO performance and report progress to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in Biological Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline
- 8+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of Small Molecule Drug Product manufacturing and analytical techniques
- Strong quality and compliance background in a commercial GMP operational environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
