What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and sell products and services to achieve profitability goals using suggestive sales techniques
- Maintain expert knowledge of carrier/product portfolio
- Conduct and lead training seminars, both in-person and online
- Manage and document interactions with prospects/customers in AMS/CRM
- Recruit and mentor new representatives, providing guidance on sales strategies and cross-selling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services
- Life Insurance License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a sales role within the insurance or financial services industry
- Experience in mentoring or training others in a professional setting
