What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead routine and preventive maintenance operations, ensuring safety and compliance across assigned areas
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance projects, managing scope changes and timely completion
- Monitor plant and equipment conditions, identifying safety risks and improvement opportunities
- Supervise and develop maintenance teams, providing coaching and conducting performance evaluations
- Oversee external contractors, ensuring quality work and compliance through regular audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Broad technical knowledge across maintenance crafts (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and maintenance best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SAP or similar CMMS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling tools is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent maintenance needs
