      Basic Qualifications

      -3 - 5 years of professional experience in Project/Program Management with a demonstrated understanding of associated principles and methods.
      -3 - 5 years’ experience in event planning, scheduling, and/or managing multiple projects using long range planning techniques.
      -Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
      -Experience working under supervision and taking ownership for assigned tasks/projects.
      -Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and customers to advance supportability for assigned projects.

      Job Description

      What You Will Be Doing

      This position reports to the Modification Upgrade and Overhaul (MUO) 5th Generation Planning & Integration Manager. F-22 Project Management team member is responsible for collaborating with multiple disciplines to plan, integrate and execute modification/retrofit tasks, associated with specific engineering changes for scheduled modification events, and F-22 -107 request for maintenance assistance. Seeking an experienced professional to perform analysis of Initial Retrofit Plans (IRP) and establish milestones to support modification/retrofit events. Position will provide coordination for -107 contract field team repair and mishap aircraft repair. Tasks include, but are not limited to, cradle to grave project management; development of briefings on modification status; conducting project reviews; planning modification events, developing mod work packages, assisting in requirements development; and compiling, authoring, and distributing several recurring AV MUO Operations reports and performance deliverables for review by various stakeholders within the F-22 Program. Will be responsible for providing reach-back technical support to field maintainers/mod teams during verification/proofing events of assigned projects.

      Desired skills

      -Experience in 5th generation aircraft technical / maintenance processes, and concepts.
      -Experience in aviation maintenance and/or logistics on military or commercial aircraft.
      -Superb analytical and presentation skills; excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing.
      -Experience authoring technical documentation.
      -Exposure or use of interactive data visualization software such as Tableau and Microsoft Project.

      Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

      Pay Rate:
      The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

      Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
      (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
