- Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
- Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
- Use of POS system
- Ensure all service areas are immaculate
- Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
- Provide food and beverage service in line with Marriott brand standards to our Conference Guests.
- Assist in room set up for Conferences, Events, Tradeshows, meetings and other events
- Clear and rest tables and ensure service areas are clean and tidy
- Able to work a 7 day a week rotating roster
- Immaculate grooming standards
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment
