      Job Description

      Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.

      Leading by example when attending to guest requests. Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction

      Achieving a level of service quality and professionalism that consistently meets and preferably exceeds the expectations of guests

      Promote the F&B offer

      Managing the service, storage and ordering of food and beverage within the hotel.

      Ensuring all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was intended.

      Ensure compliance with H&S regulations, including food handling, storage and preparation.

      Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations

      Support reception team on daily basis

      Qualifications

      Candidates must be guest-oriented and service-minded

      previous F&B / Hotel experience

      Additional Information

      Monitoring of stores, orders, inventories, perfect mastery of cooking and highlighting the presentation of the buffet. Ensuring the quality of presentation and customer satisfaction
