- Minimum of 2 years experience with processing for multiple locations in a centralized environment
- Prior Financial Aid Experience in packaging various types of federal, state , and institutional funding
- Proficient in the use of Office 365, Campus Nexus a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Responsible for ensuring all Title IV eligibility requirements are met by federal , state, and institutional regulations and company standards
- Approve all v erification, C-Code , and p rofessional j udgment files to ensure that all required documentation is on file
- Approve and ensure that the assigned documents that are needed to be reviewed are accurate
- Provide accurate and timely feedback regarding file review outcomes
- Meet file review daily and weekly quotas set by managers.
- Maintain current regulatory and system knowledge relating to assigned processing areas
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
