      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver course content, learning activities, and assessments using established materials while ensuring timely access for students
      - Maintain an engaged classroom presence and respond promptly to student inquiries to support academic growth
      - Perform additional duties such as coaching, tutoring, and overseeing student clinical experiences as required
      - Attend faculty meetings and university events to stay informed about course updates and instructional standards
      - Instruct and adapt to technology changes to facilitate online classes effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision or three (3) years of applicable professional experience, with some within the last 5 years
      - Current license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
      - Minimum of 2 years' post-licensure experience
      - Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
      - Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Counseling with Doctorate Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision in process
      - Demonstration of professional identity through service, published research, or presentations within the last 7 years
      - High level of problem-solving and decision-making ability
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Technology proficiency, including Microsoft suite programs
