Job Description:
Sr. Program Management Analyst
Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development. Analyzes project requirements and provides support in the areas of business/financial/acquisition management. Also requires experience in complex programs. Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles/financial models, schedule development and analysis, technical performance measurement, portfolio management governance, budget formulation and investment analysis support for various Acquisition Management System decisions and activities is required. Experience tracking and archiving UAS Certificates of Authorization is desired.
Task: Support development, analysis, implementation, and rulemaking for UAS Advance Air Mobility (AAM)/Urban Air Mobility (UAM), UAS Traffic Management (UTM), Beyond Visual line of Sight rules and other UAS integration initiatives.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications: Master's Degree in related technical or management discipline and 5 years of experience in the above duties. Master's Degree may be waived with 8 years of experience in performing the above duties and a bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or other related field.
Additional Notes: Job location is 950 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, DC 20024. Required clearance is an SF-85P completed on site by the FAA. US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.About the company
