Job Description

Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products for air ducts. Types of metal are Stainless and Galvanized Steel. Work may involve any of the following: Setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and fold(press) sheet metal; Shaping metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer. Operating and/or using: clamps, power drills and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts; assembling, and grinding and/or buffing equipment for smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces or cutting down metal. Foam spraying machine for insulation of duct work. Hack saw to remove any extra foam insulation. Caulking of welded seams, and pressure washing duct for removing any debris.
