What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert for configuration and controls associated with transactional processing in Facets
- Prepare and submit documentation to implement new products, enhance existing products, or implement new system functionality
- Manage and perform daily operational and project activities
- Act as the primary contact to provide answers, perform research, and answer questions in a timely manner
- Develop and execute end-to-end user test cases and validate benefit configuration and controls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in Facets Benefit Configuration
- Recent experience with Facets front-end and back-end product build
- Experience documenting business processes and gathering requirements
- Knowledge of business utilization of the Subscriber/Family Application
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve claims processed in the Facets UI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SQL querying experience with Facets claims, benefit, and product backend tables
- Experience with Facets CMU and Member Batch and Inquiries (EDI 834, 270/271)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and workflow configuration
