  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Source and purchase indirect materials, supplies, and services according to company policies and budget requirements
  - Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery, including order tracking and resolving discrepancies
  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  - Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, or service
  - Work closely with internal departments to identify supply needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience or a similar combination of education and experience
  - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  - Strong negotiation and communication skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in supply chain management or procurement
  - Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
  - Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
