      Responsibilities

      Facilities Coordinator:

      As the Facilities Coordinator, you'll be at the center of operations, vendors and property teams to ensure seamless operation.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Vendor Relations: Manage vendors to completion of projects while ensuring compliance, directing janitorial daily to ensure upkeep, working with security staff, and reviewing and referencing contracts.
      • Insurance Compliance: Oversee renewals, incident reporting, and insurance tracking within several software systems to ensure COI are valid and up to date.
      • Property Management: Conduct inspections, track work orders, and manage access systems, minor in-house repairs as needed
      • Payables/Receivables: Process invoices, track orders, and resolve discrepancies
      • Budgets & Reporting: Contribute to budget prep and evaluate R&M needs

      Compensation:

      • $31.00 / Hour

      Schedule:

      • Tuesday - Saturday (off Sunday and Monday)

      Qualifications

      • 3+ years of commercial real estate/mixed-use experience
      • Strong vendor management, project coordination, and communication skills
      • Proficient in Word and Excel
      • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
      • Basic knowledge of hand tools, BMS mechanical systems, electrical, and plumbing.
      • Capable of standing and sitting for prolonged hours, moving briskly from location to location, walking multiple flights of stairs, managing multiple tasks, engaging multiple teams in time constrained environments.
      • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
      • Flexibility to do overnights and extra shifts to accommodate the needs and demands of space events and projects as needed.
      • Additional tasks as assigned
      • Slack, Monday, Momentus familiarity
      • OSHA Cert 15
