What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide overall facility management services and monitor office/facility operations
- Address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Create, assign, and manage work orders for maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for service delivery and performance
- Assist in measuring and reporting key performance indicators against service level agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an administrative, accounting, or tenant services capacity
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight travel and on-call after hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
- Experience in facilities/property management or commercial real estate
- Working knowledge of lease terms and the reconciliation process for Common Area Maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and possess excellent interpersonal skills
