      We are seeking a motivated Facilities Engineer to manage the specification and installation of capital equipment and facility projects. You’ll oversee all aspects of project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and commissioning to support production and operational efficiency.

      What You’ll Do:

      As a Facilities Engineer Your responsibilities will include:

      • Define facility and equipment specifications in collaboration with manufacturing and process engineering teams.
      • Manage capital equipment project timelines and budgets.
      • Commission new equipment and ensure successful hand-off to production.
      • Oversee facility modifications and new installations while ensuring code compliance.
      • Evaluate and improve operational systems and infrastructure for efficiency.
      • Analyze project costs and prepare detailed budgets.
      • Coordinate contractors involved in equipment or facility-related work.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
      • Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities engineering or similar role.
      • Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and construction principles.
      • Familiarity with relevant regulations and permitting requirements.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
      • Project management experience is a plus.
      • Experience with plastic and rubber manufacturing preferred.
      • Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor (3D CAD) preferred.
      • Occasional evening/weekend work may be required

      Work Environment:

      You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

      Expected Hours of Work:

      This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

      Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
