- Req#: 982056
- Exercise sound Project Management experience, including managing external vendors and demonstrated history of managing IFM are critical to success in the role. Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) is a plus
- Manage work orders in our CMMS Maximo, conduct facility condition assessments, TRAIN our teams on preventative maintenance plans, and allocate resources
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen on projects and labor

- Strong strategic level Facilities Operations leadership and strong experience with CMMS
- Provide overall planning, establishing and maintaining effective customer and client rapport
- Expertise in the ability to Interview, hire and develop the frontline hourly team
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields is preferred
- Manage IFM operations including Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Repair, Carpentry, Mechanical and Environmental Services
- Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) is a plus
Role Overview
Sodexo Is #Hiring our Facilities Engineering Operations Manager for Keiser University in West Palm Beach, FL. Our successful candidate will be experienced with hands on Integrated Facilities Management Project Management, writing the scope of work, delegating to skilled trades, and managing multiple mechanical and engineering priorities. Pristine Grounds are the hallmark of our campus, our leader will have experience managing sports turf fields successfully. Bilingual Spanish is a plus! This role will report directly to our client in the Director's Absence, strong expertise and professional polish are required for success in the role.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
