  Provide support to all facility related operations. Obtain/maintain forklift operating certification. Performs any or one of the following typical laboring tasks; digs trenches and any other excavations using picks and shovels; demolishes, disassembles and removes structures such as scaffolding ,partitions, foundations, floors and walks using hand tools such as crow bars, sledge hammers, and other necessary tools; removes debris and salvage material using broom, shovel, wheel barrow or truck and loads into motor trucks, Remove snow as needed using Shovel/Snow removal equipment. Maintain roof drains on buildings. Move office furniture throughout the facility using carts/dolly's and hand trucks. Must be able to work independently or in teams. Must be able to lift, bend and perform the normal activities of a sometimes physically challenging position.
  Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
  H.S Diploma or Equivalent.
