Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to cover three different convents (nuns' residences) located in Manhattan, Bronx, and Yonkers. The ideal candidate will need a car to travel between these locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall, light HVAC, and other handyman and facilities maintenance services.
• Troubleshoot and conduct preventive maintenance on various systems and structures.

Work Environment

This role involves traveling between three different locations in Manhattan, Bronx, and Yonkers, so a car is necessary. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.The work environment is respectful and serene, providing facilities maintenance services to convents.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
