  Qualifications:	Basic knowledge in home repair, painting, cleaning, etc. would be useful.
  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:	skilled with tools problem-solving / troubleshooting efficient ambitious
  Position Summary/Job Duties:	Prepare apartments and common areas for a new school year. Get to learn a little about a vast array of topics that can help a future career in real estate, logistics, engineering, or the trades. If you plan on becoming a future home owner or plan to invest in real estate, this type of hands-on experience and knowledge can save you tens of thousands of dollars in the future.
  Physical Demands:	Able to stand for long periods of time, able to maneuver to repair items. Able to work with hands. Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
