      Maintenance tech: ( 4+ years of maintenance experience troubleshooting/repair, minor electrical, minor HVAC, minor plumbing) $24-$30/hr

      Job Description

      The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the general maintenance and orderliness of the property. This role oversees maintenance systems to guarantee optimal operations and tenant satisfaction, adhering to department protocols.

      Responsibilities

      • Complete work orders for tasks related to physical maintenance and repairs of assigned buildings using work order software programs.
      • Respond to emergency situations in accordance with departmental protocol.
      • Assist in establishing and maintaining all equipment, tools, supplies in stock, inventories, and logs.
      • Implement and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan, including all related records and logs.
      • Assist with controlling expenses associated with building operations.
      • Communicate building status and changes effectively to appropriate individuals.

      Essential Skills

      • 4+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
      • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
      • Basic aptitude for mathematics and computer skills.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
