8am-4pm

In need of a general laborer who can help with Light facilities repairs for 160 apt complex building

will assist with groundskeeping around the property

Cleaning up trash in parking lots and common areas

changing lightbulbs

Moving out appliances when they need to be replaced with help

There's another maintenance technician that is going to handle the majority of the service tickets

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

occasionally lifting 60lbs if they need to remove an appliance

Good personality and team player mentality

willing to help out wherever asked
