- Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems.
- Perform general and preventative maintenance on carpentry, plumbing systems, and oversee vendor management.
- Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
- Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials upon request.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience required.
- Electrical and HVAC skills.
- EPA Universal Certification is necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Tuskegee, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $34.00/hr.
