- Ensure systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing/facility (or operations) impacts by meeting uptime goals.
- Overlook projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and schedule.
- Oversight of plan, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, and modifications to equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings, and structures as required to support business requirements.
- Deliver operational efficiency, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutions.
- Effective collaboration with construction and operations teams to coordinate work in the field.
- Identify and implement opportunities to achieve lowest cost of ownership to key stakeholders while maintaining reliability. (Results are delivered through the application of engineering skills and tools).
- Systematic problem solving.
- Statistical validation of system performance.
- Collaborate with the Site Facility management team, suppliers, key stakeholders and through in-depth understanding of the operating systems to determine and ensure compliance to existing standards, specifications, building codes, and processes.
- Identify, analyze and solve immediate issues with technical equipment.
- Hands on with mechanical (pumps, piping, valves, and other) and control (instrumentation, PCS and other) systems.
- Design of Mechanical Facility systems.

- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study with 6+ years of professional experience in an in semiconductor fab or facility environments, as a facilities system or process owner
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study with 4+ years of professional experience in an in semiconductor fab or facility environments, as a facilities system or process owner
- 2+ years of Process Transfer experience, including design/construction/commissioning or equivalent construction/commissioning experience.
- Statistical Process control.
- Work in a production environment and/or with other facilities process systems.
- Create design specifications.
- Conduct Mechanical system design reviews.
- Vacuum pump system design and operation.
- Closed Loop Cooling Water system design and operation
- Water treatment programs on closed loop systems.
- Mechanical and ASME code requirements/guidelines.
- Commission Mechanical equipment such as pumps, control valves, vacuum pumps and heat exchangers.
- Project planning, coordination and integration.
- Experience with Chilled Water.
- Experience with Heating Water systems.

Final location for this role will be the Ohio site, with an interim location identified and negotiated with an offer, until the Ohio office premises are available.
