What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison for all locations regarding facilities operations support
- Manage space planning, furniture allocation, and onboarding for new employees
- Oversee vendor management for services such as cleaning and security
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events, ensuring high levels of service execution
- Develop and maintain partnerships with building management and service providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of facilities experience in an office environment
- Understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental regulations
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience supporting IT/AV technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with budget management and drafting RFPs
- CAD skills for facility planning and design
