      The Facilities Paint Specialist is a self-motivated, responsible, punctual, organized, with excellent time management and communication skills. This position supports the physical painting repair maintenance to Club Fitness facilities.
      Full Time (Non-Exempt) $23-$25/hr

      Responsibilities and Duties:
      • Maintain clean fresh walls throughout portfolio.
      • Touch up equipment.
      • Travel to pre-determined locations within a geographical region.
      • Perform other duties as assigned, with the ability to perform professionally in a fast-paced environment.
      • Duties will include physical effort, to include lifting to a minimum of 50lbs. Bending, squatting, reaching, standing for extended periods of time and use of ladders and extension ladders with or without reasonable accommodations.
      • Actively assists the team in the completion of goals and cost saving and accountable for actions and results regarding the maintenance of facility and equipment repairs within assigned region.
      • Leaves club with equipment in working condition and communicates appropriately.

      Qualifications


      • 10 years of experience preferred.
      • Required High School Diploma or equivalency.
      • Required to maintain a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and a clean DMV report.
      • Knowledge of, and experience with all tools, equipment and material used for repairs is required.
      • Ability to understand technical documents required.
      • Trade school certification preferred.
