      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a proactive facilities management program, including preventative maintenance schedules
      - Manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance and repair issues
      - Oversee renovation and construction projects, coordinating with contractors and managing budgets
      - Conduct regular assessments of facility conditions to inform capital planning strategies
      - Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage facility budgets and expenses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
      - Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety
      - Excellent project management skills and proven ability to manage budgets
      - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel extensively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP)
      - Experience managing multiple locations within the healthcare sector
      - Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
