What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring process and contractor improvements
- Guide customers and stakeholders through project definition and needs assessment
- Manage the development of project requirements including scope, schedule, cost, and risks
- Oversee detailed design efforts, including preparation of specifications and construction documents
- Collaborate with customers on equipment requirements and manage equipment plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility or Construction Management, Business, or closely related field, or equivalent experience
- Associates degree may be considered with 5+ years’ experience, or Certification in Project Management in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in construction management, real estate, purchasing, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CAD or other floor plan design software
- Experience in healthcare facilities management is a plus
