      Job Summary

      W.C. Bradley Farms is looking to hire 2 Facilities Specialists to join our team! The Facilities Specialist will work under general supervision, perform custodial and kitchen duties including but not limited to cleaning, trash pick-up, resupplying of major work areas and lodging buildings. Duties also include food preparation and cooking for the Farms Lodge guests.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Clean cabins, lodge and Farms headquarters buildings
      • Empty wastebaskets and replace bags
      • Sweep walkways, porches and pick up any trash on exterior grounds and parking lots
      • Keep furniture, walls, ceilings and fixtures free of dust
      • Clean windows and doors as well as window treatments
      • Wash linens and place fresh linens on beds in guest rooms
      • Mop, clean and disinfect floors, tiles and walls
      • Clean and disinfect sinks, urinals and toilets and showers
      • Restock toilet paper, towels, personal care items and deodorant tablets as needed
      • Report to supervisor any damage and/or repairs that require other skilled work
      • Perform lodge pre-cook and/or cook duties as assigned
      • Performs other duties as assigned

      Qualification Requirements

      Minimum Education : High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferred

      Minimum Work Experience : Previous custodians experience a plus

      Licensure/Certification(s): N/A

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • Able to follow and understand verbal instructions.
      • Able to maintain required inventory of supplies

      Physical Requirements

      Physically able to lift light to moderate weights (10-25 pounds); able to work standing up for extended periods of time.
