- Overseeing Maintenance: Ensure the facility is impeccably maintained through scheduled coordination of maintenance activities including repairs, inspections, and proactive preventive maintenance measures.
- Modern Cleanliness and Hygiene Management: Develop and implement cutting-edge cleanliness and hygiene protocols, leveraging the latest technologies and practices to ensure a healthy and appealing workspace.
- Ambiance and Environmental Enhancement: Innovate and apply creative solutions to enhance the office environment, focusing on ambiance, lighting, green spaces, and ergonomic considerations for the wellbeing and productivity of staff.
- Managing Staff: Lead a team of custodial and support staff, overseeing hiring, comprehensive training (especially on modern cleanliness and hygiene standards), and fostering a culture of excellence in facility upkeep.
- Ensuring Compliance: Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations through regular inspections, safety protocol implementation, and staying current with regulatory demands.
- Managing Contractors: Oversee contractors from selection to contract negotiation and work supervision, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Space Planning and Utilization: Manage and optimize facility space to accommodate organizational needs, including office space allocation and layout planning.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response strategies for scenarios such as fires, natural disasters, etc., including coordination with emergency services and staff training.
- Managing Equipment and Supplies: Oversee inventory management, procurement, and maintenance scheduling of facility equipment and supplies.
- Inventory Controller: Act as the inventory controller for assets and consumables.
- Other duties: Support the management in company events, travel arrangements, petty purchases, scrap disposal, etc.
- A graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting focused on high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance. Experience in a software house will be considered an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on hospitality and service excellence.
- Presentable with a professional demeanor.
- Effective team player with leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
