- Facility Tech provides repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and/or equipment required to meet the needs of the facility.
- Said skills shall be performed with minimal instruction as determined by their immediate supervisor.
- The Facility Tech will troubleshoot and repair moderate problems with plumbing, lighting, room temperature, tube system, fire alarm, and energy management systems as directed by his immediate supervisor.
- High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Relevant experience in skilled trades, facility / industrial maintenance desired.
- Certification or license in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, BAS, and boilers
- Willingness to be available for training classes.
