      Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:FacilitiesSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:Works under limited supervision in an empowered state and according to established policies and procedures. Responsible for complying with a safety management program designed to provide a physical environment free of hazards and to reduce the risk of human injury. This position will collaborate interdepartmentally with all divisions of the hospital. Responsible for maintaining, repairing and replacing various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utility systems and their components. Must be flexible to perform any other duties as required.
      Department Specific Job Details:

      Works under limited supervision in an empowered state and according to established policies and procedures, responsible for complying with a safety management program designed to provide a physical environment free of hazards and to reduce the risk of human injury. Responsible for demolition and installation, in all aspects, of carpentry work. All work must be completed within all applicable codes and laws. Must be flexible to perform any other installation, maintenance, and repair work as required.

      Required:
      State of Ohio Registered Apprenticeship Program, or fire protection license, or medical gas ASSE 6040 or ASSE 6010 certificate.

      Education : Attended trade school or vocational school specializing in trade.
