  Job Description:
  
  Pay Range: $20hr - $30hr
  
  Functional Skills:
  • Work consists of tasks that are routine.
  • Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.
  • Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
  • Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
  • Uses experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
  • Advise manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
  • Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends, as required.
  Education and Experience:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
  Must Have:
  • Looking for Maintenance technician with HVAC knowledge and previous experience in case there are any HVAC issues.
  • Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
  • About 4 years experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system, operations to determine service requirements.
  • Works well with others/in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Deal Breakers (Would not Consider).
  • Must be flexible to work overtime, on-call and weekends, as required.
  Degree/Certification Requirements:
  • HS Diploma.
  • Any technical training cert or AA/AS degree.
