      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct extensive onsite and desk reviews of documentation for compliance with state licensure regulations
      - Investigate allegations regarding unlicensed facilities through onsite reviews
      - Provide technical assistance to providers, the public, and other agencies on licensing requirements and complaint investigations
      - Assist in training providers to ensure compliance with mental health regulations
      - Collaborate independently and as part of a team while traveling to various facilities across the state

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Generalist Bachelor’s degree in a health, human service, or educational related field from an accredited institution and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution and one year of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in social work and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or food service management from an accredited institution and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Thorough knowledge of state rules and regulations regarding healthcare services
      - Strong public relations skills and ability to communicate effectively with various healthcare disciplines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in surveying, clinical, and/or administration of programs in a related health field
      - Familiarity with mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse disorders
      - Skills in making oral presentations and writing clearly and concisely
      - Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the healthcare community
      - Background in providing technical assistance for state licensing processes
