- Reconciliation and submission of facility rental attendance and financial information
- Train temporary workers and assist with event set-up and tear-down

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Knowledge of state procurement and accounting policies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collect, organize, and report data
- Proficiency in various software programs and hardware capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Experience in customer service and event planning
- Familiarity with best practices for handling food and alcohol
- Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate with temporary workers and volunteers
