Cadence Design Systems is excited to invite applications for the role of Facility Security Officer (FSO). As a leading company in the industry, we are committed to excellence in security and innovation. We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and well-organized individual with prior experience administering US government security policies and procedures to join our team and lead security initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain our facility clearance status in NISS and work with DCSA on required program and personnel documentation including areas of (KMP, FOCI, self-inspections, and SEAD 3 Reporting). Build and maintain a strong security program compliant with the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and all other applicable security requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security education, training, and awareness program.
