- Req#: 32516933675
- Orient youth to site resources, develop and implement positive enrichment activities to enhance life skills, oversee community service projects and event planning, and maintain daily operation of the site.
- Assist youth in acquiring healthy social skills and independent living skills to reduce recidivism and promote success, safety, and permanence in the home, school, workforce, and community.
- Supervise staff stationed at the Guidance Center and outside partner providers who provide services through the facility.
- On-site position with eligibility for a 4/10 schedule after a 90-day training period.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 1-2 years of related experience working with people in a human service or criminal justice system setting.
- Knowledge of at-risk youth population.
- Ability to work with a diverse multicultural/ethnic population with sensitivity and respect.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
