Job Description

- Work with Operations, Clients, Development and Data teams to assure all data, necessary to support designed FACS workflow processes is acquired
- Assist with the design of the configuration required to fully support the internal and/or client’s business process on the company’s FACS application platforms
- Build finalized product configuration and set up initial users for new implementations in the FACS application platforms
- Lead support of project and user configuration and tweaks during the project stabilization phase
- Be able to assist the Support team with escalated or complex product related issues
- Determine ways to optimize software configurations for internal and client end users
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all related systems for configuration, user training, and troubleshooting
- Resolve impediments independently while also informing and escalating challenges to management as needed
- Acting as client or internal-facing subject matter expert for system/configuration capabilities
- Use discretion in the completion of specific product related tasks; independently able to manage and complete assigned projects
- Coordinate finalized product definitions and designs to ensure documentation is created and/or updated as appropriate
- Assist with the collection of individual product and feature definitions, including substantial enhancements to existing products
- 2 years of programming/administrative experience within the Finvi FACS collection platform
- Strong programming skills with querying languages
- Exposure to big data, testing, data visualization, and analytics tools:
- Strong knowledge of reporting and project management tools
- Preferred experience in product requirements writing
- Preferred experience working with letter vendors
- Self-guided person, with strong organizational skills, who is proactive and creative
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to build consensus amongst multiple stakeholders pertaining to design and configuration approaches
- Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively analyze and document complex business problems as well as recommended business and/or product solutions
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle services preferred
- Understanding of hospital IT environments and systems preferred
