What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with BUV designers, academic leaders, and platform administrators
- Provide guidance to faculty to maximize success of online courses and programs
- Manage onboarding experiences for students and faculty new to online delivery
- Communicate directly with students to prepare and support them throughout their course experience
- Develop advanced understanding of online user experience and provide troubleshooting support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in education and customer service
- Willingness to work collaboratively with a team
- Ability to manage multiple courses per term
- Bachelor's degree in related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in online education or instructional design
- Knowledge of learning management systems
- Certification in online teaching or instructional technology
