What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with faculty, students, and operations team to support online program development
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 courses per term for six terms a year
- Provide guidance and recommendations to faculty for successful online course delivery
- Communicate directly with students to prepare and support them throughout their online course experience
- Troubleshoot and provide advanced support for online user experience issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in education and customer service
- Availability for onboarding experiences for students and faculty
- Advanced understanding of online course delivery
- Excellent communication skills
